A beginner's class about the fundamentals of paddle boarding and yoga. You will learn the components of a Stand Up Paddle board (SUP), multiple stances and basic yoga skills that help your outdoor practice and provide a fun workout!
Andrea (Andi) Storms, RYT-200 yoga instructor and credentialed paddle instructor, will lead you through this Live4Love fitness and recreation class.
This is a FREE class for YMCA members. Open to the community for $10
