May 16th - September 26th (with few exceptions and some make up dates)

The L4L Aquatics team of lifeguards and monitors set a 500 yard triangle course for you to practice your open water swim skills in a safe environment.

*Must be 14 years or older

*Must be able to swim comfortably in a pool

*Check-In at 12:45pm

*Practice starts @ 1pm
